The City of Killeen together with the Killeen Independent School District (KISD), the Killeen Civic and Conference Center (KCCC) and Visitors Bureau, and the Killeen Libraries will be hosting the Take 190 West Arts Festival on March2-3, 2012.

The events kick off with the KISD student art show on Monday, February 27, followed by the Artists & Authors Event on Saturday, March 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Highlights of the 'Artists and Authors' event include:

• A juried art show featuring professional artists who work in a variety of mediums,
• Book sales and signings with a host of celebrated children’s, teen and adult authors,
• Book sales and signings with some of the most popular children’s book illustrators,
  and
• Story times with children’s authors and illustrators

Application packets and payment are due by November 15, 2011.
